F.A.Q:  I live near your registered address may I reserve and collect my goods?

• Yes of course you may, simply phone our customer services team on 01303 894234 and they will be happy to reserve the goods for you for up to 48 hours - you can then collect within our working hours.

What domestic dispatch services do you use?

• All orders with a weight upto 2kg are sent out with Royal Mail by 1st class service. 
• Orders with a weight over 2kg but less than 40kg are sent with either (which ever is more appropriate) City Link or Parcel Force.
•  Orders that contain very bulky items such as large items of furniture or have a gross weight exceeding 40kg will be sent out via the pallet ways network.

What international dispatch service do you use?

•   International orders wll be dispatched either via Royal mail and forwarded once arrived in your country by your local postage service or they will be shipped from our door to yours though a dedicated courier service this will be selected by Rush-it-uk at the time of your order dispatch.
