Local Collection

I live near your registered address may I reserve and collect my goods?
Yes of course you may, simply phone our customer services team on 01303 894234 and they will be happy to reserve the goods for you for up to 48 hours - you can then collect within our working hours.
 
 

Delivery

How much will the delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE to all UK Mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands), please see our “Postage and Delivery” page for full details.
 
How soon will my order arrive?
Generally small orders delivered by Royal Mail will arrive within 36 – 72 hours from dispatch. Larger orders and “express” deliveries should arrive with you the next working day (excludes the Scottish Highlands and remote areas). We aim to dispatch your order the same or very next working day. please see our “Postage and Delivery” page for full details.
 
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived with you when it was expected to please contact our customer services on 01303 894234 or info@rush-it-uk.com 
 

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes we offer a 21 day no questions asked returns policy*
 
  • All goods should be unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition.
  • Returns are at the buyers expense.
  • Goods that are found to be defective will be replaced or refunded in full.
  • International Returns will always be at the buyers expense, please ensure you are happy with this prior to purchase.

My Order has arrived "not as described" or "damaged" how do I return it? 
Don’t worry our team is here to help, just let us know what has happened and we will either ask you to return the goods (we will provide a pre-paid label)  or we may arrange a collection from you (at our discretion) and either a refund or replacement will be made. Under certain circumstances we may ask you to dispose of the goods and a replacement will be dispatched right away.
 
My Order has developed a fault, it's 6 months since the purchase, what happens now?
Don't worry (except for services already provided and custom works) all goods are covered by our 12 month guarantee, so if your product develops a fault due to manufacturing or design error then we will replace, repair or refund the order accordingly.
 
I have a problem but I have lost my Receipt?
Again, don't worry, we will have a copy of your order and delivery information on file so that we are able to help you quickly and easily, just contact us and we will locate your order details (we may ask you some veirfication questions) and then we will be ready to help.
